GREEN GIANT - PRINT + OUT OF HOME

OVERVIEW

We were brought on to revitalize the Green Giant’s social presence. After the brand took a liking to our copywriting, they frequently requested concepts and copy for other initiatives like taglines, billboards, and print ads.

MY ROLE

When I last worked on this brand, I led a creative team in concept development, wrote the copy for their social posts, and ran point on one-off tasks, including concept development and copywriting for a range of mediums and activations.

When the brand launched a new product line, they asked us come up with taglines that emphasized the cauliflower ingredients and the Italian origin. We probably wrote 100, some of which went on their Times Square billboard. Below were some favorites.


GREEN GIANT - SOCIAL REVAMP

OVERVIEW

Green Giant approached us with the hopes of revitalizing their iconic mascot through social while also highlighting recipes and new releases. Millennial parents were the primary consumer, so we went for a dorky, approachable tone.

MY ROLE

On top of writing copy, I also worked with my art partner to develop all of the social content. Slim social budgets restricted us from shooting anything, and the brand assets were limited. Everything we brainstormed had to be done in post-production. To overcome these challenges, we avoided realism, relying on cutesy animations that felt suspended from reality.
